Conference participants are responsible for making all of their own transportation reservations (air, rail, and ground) through Yale’s Orbitz for Business account. Tickets will be directly billed to the conference organizers and Yale discounts will be applied.

Venue, conference logistics, and maps
All participants will be staying at the New Haven Hotel (229 George Street). The workshops will be held at Luce Hall (34 Hillhouse Avenue). To get from the hotel to Luce Hall please see Map 1, it is a 15-minute walk (taxis may be ordered).
Those traveling by train will arrive at New Haven Union Station. There is a free Yale shuttle every 20 minutes from New Haven Union station which will drop you at Yale Phelps Gate. This is a 6-minute walk to the New Haven Hotel (Map 3 and Map 4). Alternatively, please take a taxi.
Those coming from airports will be able to take a shuttle directly to the New Haven Hotel. Information about pick up location and times will be sent out a few weeks prior to the conference.
